This app has allowed me to really train smarter and adapt quickly to the little changes in my lifestyle and training goals. It has allowed me to really keep track of my goals and stay organized with all the different activities I do throughout the day, and week, and month. I have so many different training goals so Trayne does a good job of pulling in the science to suggest efficient workouts and adapt to how my body is feeling that day. Highly recommend this app, and it's always being updated to be even more user friendly.

After overtraining led to an injury that sidelined me from running, Trayne has been a game-changer for getting back on track and ramping up my mileage safely. I use the Oura integration and it always incorporates my recovery data accordingly. This app has kept me consistent in a way a static plan never did.

This is by far the most creative approach to AI integration into training I've seen. I love the coaching soul options, and I personally use the data coach as someone is hoping to learn as well as train. The ability to connect wearables adds to the experience as well. I also appreciate the way my training plan adapts to my readiness, schedule, or desired exercises. Talking with Trayne feels different from standard chat bots; it's clear, concise and smart. There is huge potential here and I'm excited to see how the app continues to evolve.

I’ve used 100s of fitness apps before Trayne beats them all by a mile. Avid lifter for the last 4 years and Trayne helps me with everything I need. I was getting stuck in a plateau in a couple of compound lifts and Trayne got me through them by proposing a ton of changes to my workout.

Great app, I've been testing out the beta version for a month now, I've seen great things and been able to dial in my training. I wouldn't say this if I didn't believe it, but this app will take you to the next level if your discipline and drive can keep up.

I'm almost 50 years old and started weight training several years ago. Trayne creates a custom plan for me based on how many days a week and time I have. The app does it all! Takes all thinking and planning out of my workout.
