SMS Text Messaging Support
Trayne AI Coaching SMS is optional and can be enabled in the iOS app at Menu → Settings → Text Coaching.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message
- Get help: Reply HELP to any message
- Reconnect: Return to Menu → Settings → Text Coaching and link your number again
- Message frequency: Varies based on your interactions
- Message/data rates: Standard carrier rates may apply
